This hotel was created in 1958-1959 by the Joint-stock company "Hostal El Vallés, s.a." for the best service of Spain in its national tourism, for rest of businessman in their trips, and also to receive the tourists from any other countries. Who visits will find good Spanish table, cosy hospitality and comfortable rest.

The company

For more than three decades, hundreds of people enjoyed a traditional kitchen and according to what they state abundant, simple and also delicious.

The ups and downs of the life, the recognized reasons of their founders, ended their trajectory in 1996.

They have spent years, the investing effort of an entire family, the illusion of this beautiful villa of Briviesca and an extraordinary team of professionals of hotel management, they have permitted to one of the greatest in restoration to open its doors again.

With a present style, a fantastic kitchen with our famous main dish : "merluza of Valles", will try to delight your taste between us, as Oscar Wilde said, "simple pleasures which are, after all, the last refugee of the refinement".
